Free Pick Up

We are a small family business that likes to Recycle Real Wood. If you are planning to throw out some Real Wood in the Ottawa Area, please send us a note and tell us where we can pick it up.

After going through our cleaning and stripping process, we can give old wood a new life. Because of labour, materials and gas prices, this procedure doesn’t save money… but it does Save Trees.

Our pick up days are Tuesday and Wednesday each week. Just pick a day and let us know

Real Wood is anything made of Oak, Maple, Cedar, Pine, Spruce, Etc. NOT plywood, veneered material, or plastic made to look like wood, or any other type of fake or processed wood.

Our truck will arrive and dismantle or cut the wood into manageable pieces for transport. That is such things as bed frames, dressers, tables, etc., we will dismantle those. Small wood barns and wood fences, you need to Disassemble and pile the wood where we can reach it with a truck.

If you plan to demolish a house, barn, shed, garage, etc., please allow us to go through and save what wood we can.

Some wood products may be salvageable and only need cleaning, sanding, and a new finish. These products are just as good a quality as the original.

If you’re not sure what you have, we will be happy to sort it for you. Unfortunately, we are not able to take anything away for you that is not wood. So some may be left behind. We are not a garbage company so we can only take the wood we can save.

Excellent time for you to get rid of that old wooden fence, that old barn out back, or that eyesore wooden deck. Perhaps some solid wood doors are laying around.
